Our client has become Germany's leading outsourcing provider of payroll services to small and medium-sized companies. They serve employers nationwide. They are looking for English speaking Pay Roll Specialists in order to help their non-German speaking employees to understand German pay roll regulations.
Your Mission
Preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs
Answering questions concerning payroll processee, including payroll tax and social security law issues
You proceed the ongoing monthly payroll runs for various clients independently
Creation of reports as well as cooperation in the optimization of processes and reporting
What you bring?
First experience in a finance related job, ideally experience in payroll accounting.
You have a strong understanding of numbers and very good communication skills, especially when dealing with clients
You also have a great deal of care and reliability
You are computer literate
You are fluent in English and good German (B2 Niveau)
