What you'll be doing
If you love working with customers, then you’ll love this job. As part of our client´s Customer Service Team, you’ll use your judgment to support and advise customers. You’ll take responsibility for gathering information or finding out answers on behalf of their customers. You’ll give great service by putting your customers’ interests at the heart of every decision you make.
They´re a healthcare company that believes in helping people stay healthy and well. When they get sick, our client works hard to make his customers’ journey as simple and smooth as possible so that they can concentrate on getting better. So when you work for them as a Customer Service Adviser, you’ll be encouraged to make every call you take an opportunity to do what you feel is right for your customer. And you’ll be part of their Dutch team.
When you’ll be doing it
You will know well in advance the shift patterns you will be working each week but you will need to be able to commit to working flexibly, based on your customers’ needs.
