Our customer operates a Sport Online Shop with an affiliated customer loyalty program. The product range includes both indoor and outdoor shoes, jackets and trousers as well as all sorts of useful accessories. For the customer service / customer support, we are still looking for talented staff (m/f/d) to join the existing team.
Typical questions that need to be answered include:
- Which payment options are available; how can the delivery be organized
- How can goods be sent back; what about products that do not meet customer expectations
- Are there also articles in different color or size, which may not be seen in the online shop
- Password management for the personal customer area; Change of newsletters settings
- Settlement of guarantee cases and redemption of premiums
In various media, numerous prizes are awarded in the area of Best Webshop or the like. For our customer to play in the premier league, customer service must be first-class. That means for you:
- Every concern of a customer is taken seriously
- If you can not clarify a request immediately, call the customer back at the agreed time
- They document every customer contact in the CRM system so that colleagues can continue to help when you are not there
- Your team is there for customers when they want to reach you (Mon - Sun between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm)
- sympathetic manners are familiar to you
- Fluent in Danish or Swedish
