Customer Service Dutch Streaming Platform (m/f/d)

While television episodes of popular series are broadcasted in sequence - often with a waiting period of up to a week for the next episode - our client offers all episodes simultaneously on the network. Users can decide for themselves what they want, when, where and how often they want to see them - just a few clicks are enough to start a series or a film online. Ofcourse, the offer is diverse ranging from various flat rates as well as pay-by-view options.
For the Customer Support of the subscription paying customers, we are looking for several experienced customer service reps (m/f/d) who take care of their questions and requests. The Dutch customer service / customer support is in charge of written and telephone enquieries on the following topics:
- Activation of the trial subscription
- Awarding bonuses for new customers
- Explanation of the different compensation options
- Invoice clarification and crediting
- Maintenance of customer master data (address, bank data)
The following skills are required for the Dutch customer support:
- Service and customer oriented
- Affinity to commercial issues
- Interest in modern remuneration systems
- Willingness to continue to develop the Dutch market
- Willing to work in shifts
- Fluent in Dutch and English
