Customer Service (m/f/d) Flower Delivery

For the following position, we are looking for customer support reps with Dutch language skills. Our customer, a mail order company for fresh flowers, is looking for you (m / f /d ) to join the existing team in customer support.
What will you do in your new role in customer service:
- order taking and verifying the delivery address
- Advice on durability and care
- communicate with suppliers (mostly in the Netherlands)
- Help with the operation of the online shop
Customer master data maintenance (e.g., address, bank details)
- If necessary, complaint processing
- Initiation of the electronic cash debit
What you bring along:
- routine in dealing with customer inquiries
- Service and goal-oriented action
- ideally multitasking capable, but at least stress resistant
- team player, self-motivating and responsible
- Fluent in Dutch and either German or English
