Our customer flies to more than 30 destinations throughout Europe, transporting several thousand passengers every day. Understandable that sometimes a piece of luggage can disappear. In order to save the customer a long wait and unprofessional service, our customer operates his own service line. To strengthen the existing team in customer service we are looking for you (m/f/d) to perform the following tasks:
Your job as a customer support agent (m/f/d):
- You are the direct contact person for customers whose luggage did not arrive
- By phone and e-mail you answer all questions about the current status of the search, the current location or the delivery date
- You agree on delivery dates of the luggage found with the customer, offer alternative dates or addresses (for example, at the bakery next door) and, if necessary, make payments so that the customer can buy the most urgent items
- You work in a customer support / customer service environment
You bring along:
- Professional experience in the commercial sector
- good linguistic expressiveness in English and Finnish
- PC literacy
- Service-oriented appearance
- Responsibility and commitment
