Their finder function enables their customers to browse depending on the particular occasion and recipient, price range, or any combination you wish. Therefore, if you are seeking an unusual gift for the man who has everything, a weird gift to stand out from the crowd, or a range of beautiful wedding gift ideas, each of the selections in their categories are carefully chosen to make giving easy for everyone!
In case customers struggel to deal with the web site, to place an order or has a question concerning their delivery they will contact the customer service department. This might happen via telephone, email, mail or chat. Typical questions might focus on the personalisation of presents via laser engraving or photo printing on all kinds of fabrics and other materials or on the booking of experience days (quad biking, spa days, hot air baloon riding, and much more). You take the order, check availability of goods and events and follow up on tracking numbers. You deal with return deliveries, questions about damaged items and responde to invocie inquiries.
It does not take anything very special to become part of this customer service. You (m/f/d) need to be flexible concerning working hours (shifts, peak seasons), customer oriented, communicative, PC-literate, a team-player and speak very good Turkish.
