Booking Agent Student Accommodation (m/f/d)

Our client is a housing agency, which primarily takes care of finding domestic and foreign students an accomodation with families during their stay. To ensure students are satisfied and recommend the company, there is a strict selection process for accommodations. Upfront students will receive questionnaires in order to being able to express their wishes which our client will take into account as best as possible.
In addition, our customer works closely with various language schools. Also our customer offers shuttle services for individuals or groups and therefore cooperates with various rental car and bus rental companies.To take care about any requests by phone, mail and other means of communication we are looking for you (m/f/d) to join the existing team.
As a customer service rep / booking agent you will answer any first questions, make the reservations and provide information on prices and availability. You are fluent in Dutch.
In addition attentiveness and friendliness are required and the ability to try to make the impossible possible or at least offer alternatives if the desired category is not available.
