For our client, an established customer center with worldwide locations and numerous awards, we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the customer support / customer service of an online comparison portal for all sorts of travel arrangements.
Your area of ??responsibility:
You (m/f/d) help travelers by telephone and in writing when using or operating the comparison portal.
Typical questions are:
- How do I find the cheapest trip?
- How can I book travel arrangements using the portal?
- Is the transfer from the airport included?
- Can I book an upgrade?
Many exciting questions regarding travelling will be answered by you.
Your profile:
- Fluent in French
- PC literacy (MS Office)
- Secure handling of e-mail communication
- Strong team spirit
- creativity
- Flexibility and reliability
