Our customer distributes quality replacement auto parts in an efficient, accurate and transparent way. They continually refine their standards to maintain their position as a leader in quality and service. Our customer has warehouses in several countries.
We are seeking Customer Service Call Center Agents (m/f/d) to join their team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
?Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Ability to generate client loyality
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Can do attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish
