WE WANT YOU who can and wants to give their Nordic customers the best support and service. You will do this by supporting via phone and email. In this exciting environment a new day is a new adventure and only you can set boundaries for your carrier development.
The job as CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (m/f/d) comes with a lot of your own responsibilities and lots of fun. Your main task will be to offer the best customer service which includes customer care, assist in all matters that regard orders, deliveries and payments. We also want you to help the customer to find items on their website or in store.
WE SEE THAT YOU want to take responsibility, believe in keeping it simple and being prestige less. We hope that you are good at communicating enthusiastically and at the same time a good listener with an open mind.
