We are looking for you as a smart co-worker (m/f/d) for a well-known cult brand. The soft drinks of our client are known to hundreds of million of people worldwide. From young to old, (nearly) everyone grows up with these beverages.
What will you be doing?
-reply to incoming customer inquiries via telephone and e-mai
-analyse customer needs and provide solutions
-process legitimate complaints in the customer's mind, without neglecting the interests of the employer
What should you bring?
-empathic listener and persuasive speaker
-speaks Italian fluently and bring good English skills
-can work shifts
-high sense of personal accountability
