You have experience in the area of ??payroll / construction pay in germany?

Your tasks as a customer service rep:
· Receiving and processing of questions concerning the use of the payroll accounting program
· Error analysis and problem solving by telephone / e-mail
· Patient explanations for users
· Documentation of the measures taken
You bring along:
· Commercial or technical education; ideally in the area of payroll.
· Good understanding of how computer programs work and/or experience in support.
· Customer-oriented work attitude, reliability and hands-on mentality.
· Independent and structured work behaviour and a quick learner.
· Several years of experience with payroll software
