We are looking for talented personalities (m/f/d) for the customer support / customer service of a well-known soft drink. From young to old, everyone grows up with this brand.

What will you be doing?

-You reply to incoming customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail
-For any question with regards to the product or services offered, you know the answer
-You receive praise and criticism and pass it on to the respective departments

Do you have what it takes?

-Feels confortable with customer service
-Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
-Speaks Dutch fluently and bring good English skills to the table
-Equipped with basic principles of information technology
-Professional yet fun
