Our client is a leading eye care and eyewear retailer. They are part of a larger group with over 7,000 retail stores across 130 countries and brands like Ray Ban, Oakley, Prada and Burberry to name a few. They are not a typical retail business, they are absolutely obsessed with eye care and looking for someone who shares their passion as a customer service representative (m/f/d) in their call center.
About the role:
Being part of a fun and family oriented team and working with experienced optical professionals
Being perceptive to customer eye care needs and lifestyle requirements - from sunglasses, lenses, frames and accessories
Being an ambassador for a range of luxury brands
Answering questions concerning product care, debility of sight, agreeability of lenses, availability of products and others
About you:
A team player who cares intensely about delivering exceptional customer service
Speaks German and one of the following languages: English, French, Italian or Turkish
Results-orientated and motivated to share in company success
Previous experience in working in customer service would be an advantage
Optical experience beneficial but not essential
