Our customer is the division of a car bank, which deals exclusively with the care of larger corporate customers. First and foremost, this involves caring for the leasing vehicles of field staff and executives. For the newly developed markets we require customer support staff speaking either of the following languages: Slowenian
Often communication takes place concerning damage reports, but also inquiries from accounting and purchasing are to be processed by you (m/f/d) in your new role as customer service rep. As a customer support advisor, you answer all incoming requests in the best sense of the company. In doing so, you take into account the various general agreements that have been agreed with the companies.
We are looking for service-oriented customer support reps with very good communication skills. You write fluently and error-free on the keyboard and provide temporal flexibility. The following language skills are required together with good English or German (mininmum B2 level): Slowenian
