Our client is seeking a Consumer Care Specialist to be a part of their stunning customer service team. You will be responsible for interacting with consumers/customers (retailers, sales reps, breeders, clubs, veterinarians, etc.) to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about their products and services. MEASURES OF SUCCESS

- Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of company products and services. Study and become familiar with materials provided regarding products and services.
- Effectively communicate with consumers via telephone, electronically or mail.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product or service inquires/concerns.
- Keep records of consumer contacts by entering information into the Consumer Care Database. Enters appropriate data accurately and in a timely manner and prepares all necessary mailing and follow up material.
- Make appropriate decisions in regards to quality issues which may involve product reimbursement or replacement.
- Exhibit professionalism, patience, tact and good judgment at all times when responding to a consumers, regardless of the situation or the consumers’ behavior and tone. Communicate with consumers in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Identify and communicate any trends, product recommendations and potential issues or concerns to the department manager and/or appropriate departments in a timely manner.

IDEAL CANDIDATE (m/f/d) ATTRIBUTES

- Knowledge of or interest in customer service principles and practices.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Project a customer service and friendly attitude.
- Efficiently and accurately work with sales reps and consumers while utilizing a personal computer for a variety of communications.
- Ability to exercise good judgment when dealing with coworkers and materials of confidential/sensitive nature.
- Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Fluent in Hebrew
