You will be responsible for interacting with consumers/customers (retailers, sales reps, breeders, clubs, veterinarians, etc.) to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about their products and services. MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of company products and services.
- Effectively communicate with consumers via telephone, electronically or mail.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product or service inquires/concerns.
- Make appropriate decisions in regards to quality issues which may involve product reimbursement or replacement.
- Exhibit professionalism, patience, tact and good judgment at all times when responding to a consumers.
IDEAL CANDIDATE (m/f/d) ATTRIBUTES
- Knowledge of or interest in customer service principles and practices.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Efficiently and accurately work with sales reps and consumers while utilizing a personal computer for a variety of communications.
- Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
- Fluent in Danish, Norwegian or Finnish
