Our customer is located within Berlin S-Bahn Ring and is looking for technical enthusiastic staff (f/m/d) who are fond to work in a fast pacing international environment.
The ideal candidate will provide technical support for smartphones, tablets and other high-end soft- and hardware products with the help desk team.
The successful candidate will have a very strong combination of technical competence, teamwork, and excellent oral and written communication skills in both, English and German
Technical requirements
- Quickly masters technical concepts, processes, details, and skills, and is able to effectively communicate to a wide variety of audiences
- a technical generalist covering all supported products relevant to their customers' needs and a specialist in one or more technical verticals
- Can self-study to gain knowledge for presentations and proposals
Key Qualifications
- Actively integrates in the help desk team
- manages technical issues in accounts before they become emergencies
- Creates and delivers quick and easy solutions for customers’ problems
- Hands on knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows, Mac OS X, and iOS
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts and tools
