Your job in customer service will be:
You reply to customer phone inquiries and advise on the products offered. Typically, customers are interested in driving the most economical version of a modern, low-consumption or no-emission vehicle. You explain three-way financing concepts and respond to the individual needs and wishes of the caller. You are dedicated with a positive attitude and - within a set framework - have the opportunity to accomodate the customer.
