Our client is not a traditional motorhome rental company. They don’t own a fleet of campers. Instead, they connect RV enthusiasts with everyday RV owners who want to rent out their vehicles. They help owners make money by renting their underused RVs to people who want to experience the RV life without the expense and commitment of full-time ownership. If it helps, you can think of them as the “Airbnb of RVs.”
At our client's website camping enthusiasts can search, compare and book camper rental deals worldwide. They have already partnered with commercial rental companies and private RV owners in over 42 countries around the world. In all, they have around 26.500 vehicles on their books.
The role:
- You (m/f/d) are the first contact person for customers (tenants and rental stations) on the phone and via email
- You take care of booking requests, questions about specific offers, wishes and alternative offers, customer complaints - in short all incoming requests in Support - and you offer efficient solutions even in stressful situations
- You take care of further tasks in the Customer Support Team and work in cooperation with the other teams
- You build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships
The skill set:
- Fluent in Danish
- Hungry and excited to take on a new challenge
- Ability to communicate in an efficient way with customers and commercial partners
- Performance-minded, solution-orientated and of course you work independently
- Confidence, flexibility, tenacity, determination are part of your skill set
- Excellent listener and negotiating partner
