Our client is a tour operator and specializes in sustainable, ecologically valuable tourism. For this purpose our customer operates a travel portal, on which vacationers can inform themselves interactively and fast about travel areas, arrival modalities and prices. The potential customer does not always find what he is looking for and calls the mentioned hotline - which is you and your team. The goal of your contact with customers is to give them exactly the holiday experience that they are looking for.
Your tasks as customer service trip agent:
- You are the first point of contact for customers who want to book a trip
- You individually address each customer and ask for their exact ideas
- You describe target areas, select tours according to food offer and ratings, advise on child-friendly or child-free hotels and take into account the ecological footprint restrictions of customers
- You develop travel alternatives and arrange bookings
About you:
- PC literacy and customer mindset
- Excellent customer service skills
- structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
- fluent in French or Dutch
