Our client, a successful optician with numerous locations, is looking for several call agents (m/f/d) for their order management and customer service.
What you will do in this customer service role:
- Order Management
- Customer Master Data Management (e.g., address, bank details)
- Helping customers using the online shop
- Giving advice on technical resilience and care (e.g. sports glasses)
- Active approach to promotions and special prices
- If necessary, complaint processing
Who you are:
- Dedicated with a positive attitude
- Ability to share knowledge and best practice
- PC literate
- Reliability
- fluent in German and either Polish or Czech
