THIS IS THE RIGHT JOB FOR YOU (m/f/d) IF YOU ARE ABLE TO:
* Speak on the phone and use a computer
* Empathize and be friendly with people you have never met
* Use logic and solve problems
* Be part of a team
NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED):
* Customer service background
* Understanding of a call center environment
* Experience with financial services, healthcare, technology companies, or something similar
WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGE SKILLS:
* German (B1+) with English (C1+)
