Our client is selling last minute holiday stays in selected luxury and high end resorts, hotels and boutique accomodations. They focus on customers who are flexible in destinations and departure times but still are looking for an upscale experience. We are looking for some talented staff to support this clientele to their best ability.
In this customer service role you will answer questions with regards to:
- date changes and cancellations
- choosing the perfect place
- payments
- flights
- vaccinations / visa restrictions
- any issue that might occure while customers are on their trip
Do you bring what it takes:

- customer mindset
- multicultural awareness
- resilient and capable of juggling priorities
- fluent in Dutch
