Enjoy working as a Community Manager Social Media Czech (m / f / d) - being the bridge builder between the platform and their clients. You convince through your uniqueness, your originality and your personality. Your passion for customer service transforms every contact into a personal and excellent customer service experience. You are your own manager for customer success and you are enthusiastic about communities and communication.


Your job as a Community Manager:

-You advise small and medium-sized companies (SMB) on advertising solutions and the management of advertisements
-You provide Post Sales Support, showing the benefits of advertising solutions
-When answering customer inquiries, you use all communication channels such as voice, font editing and customer touchpoints in the social network


Do you have what it takes:

-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Fluent in CZECH and good command of English (B2+)
-Social Media advert product knowledge or strong interest in digital advertising
-Problem solver, multitasker and accustomed under pressure to get the best results
-Fast comprehension and learning ability
