We are looking for eager, driven, inside Sales Specialist employees in the field of Social Media. This sales position manages accounts, not people, and is responsible for awareness generation and the onboarding of new customers. This role executes work, including but not limited to identifying prospects, cold calling, cultivating relationships and servicing all customer needs.

Your Day:
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Act as the point of contact for the customer regarding any inquiry related to Social Media
Problem solve, address concerns and implement solutions for customers
Contact customers to obtain the necessary information to resolve discrepancies
Partner with the operations team to ensure that customer needs are met
What we are looking for:
Proven record of sales experience
Ability to share knowledge and best practice
High integrity work ethic
Take a positive spin on the matters
Fluent in Czech and English
