You are customer orientated and would describe yourself as a problem solver? Your communication skills (written and oral) in CZECH are very good? You are communicative and can listen to other people? You enjoy helping other people with their problems? Then you should continue reading. We are lookig for talented personalities (m/f/d) for the customer support of a well known game console.
You do have a friendly attitude; you enjoy providing helpdesk service with competent service in the area of consumer electronics, telecommunication and information technology. Your job is to respond to customer queries, either per phone or e-mail. Documentation of all transactions and complaint management are also part of your tasks.
You are fluent in CZECH. Your communication skills are professional, competent and problem orientated. Depending on the challenge you act individual, flexible and never lose sight of customer excellence. You are computer literate and willing to deliver what customers expect. Experience as a call center agent (m/f/d) is an advantage but not required since you will be trained in advance.
