Our client is a European travel company that specializes in crafting personalized, tailor-made travel experiences. For the management of their Berlin office we are looking for a talented personality for the organisation of the day-to-day challenges in a modern office environment. This is a temporary role until early 2026 - for a start - with the possibility of extension.
_ You are the focal point of contact for all administrative and organisational issues
_ You operate the switchboard and deal with external partners, such as public adminstration or service providers with regards to invoices, payments or visa enquiries
_ You make the offices to be a great place to work: you manage cleaning services, inventory repair or replacement, IT setups, flowers and the availability of drinks and snacks and other office needs
_ You organise team events and travel arrangements
_ Meet and greet visitors

_ fluent in German and English
_ Ability to work effectively in a team
_ Highly motivated with attention to detail
_ Well organised
_ Operates best without lots of bureaucracy
_ Feeling comfortable in assisting people
_ Understands the importance of professionalism
